After the Nuggets tied the score at 69-all on a Mason Plumlee layup midway through the third, the Warriors went on a 24-12 run to close the quarter and carried a double-digit lead throughout most of the fourth. But Golden State sealed the win with an 8-2 run midway through the fourth quarter that expanded the Warriors’ lead to 18 and ignited a capacity crowd at Oracle Arena as Denver gradually started to turn their attention towards Wednesday night’s opponent, the Atlanta Hawks. Golden State won going away 124-114.
